Olive-growing cooperative l'Oulibo

Created in 1942, the Oulibo Cooperative is currently the only olive-growing cooperative in the Aude department.

 After the frost of 1956, which decimated French olive growing, l'Oulibo continued to perpetuate olive growing in the Aude. It receives olives from 3 departments: Aude, Hérault and Pyrénées Orientales. From the fruit to the oil, discover the work of the olive growers and millers, and follow all the stages of processing, right through to our producers' shop.
