On 18, 19 and 20 May 2024, the skies over Narbonne-Plage will be filled with kites! The resort will be hosting the "World Kite Masters Tours" competition, where pilots from all over the world will compete in teams.
They'll be dancing their kites in an aerial ballet to the accompaniment of carefully chosen music.
The programme includes
- kite demonstrations and aerial ballet to music
flight of giant inflatable kites
- giant sand sculpture
- boomerang-making workshop
A sustainable development forum village on the theme of the environment will explain the importance of selective sorting, the risks of marine submersion and raising awareness of the animal cause! Workshops and information stands on Saturday 18 May!
On Sunday 19 and Monday 20 May, there will be a market featuring local producers (committed to short distribution circuits and quality products) and craftspeople (original creations with precise expertise). You'll also be able to sample gourmet dishes on the spot!
